Orientation Session
FREE 45 minutes. 25 minutes is spent going over the new client form and the remaining 20 minutes provide time to learn elements of the sun salutation. Please contact nilambu to set an appointment and get started. Please print out the new client form and bring the completed form to your orientation.

Private Session Fees
Private session can be for an hour or an hour and a half. You may pay for the class directly or deduct class credits from your class card if you are a regular client at the following rates:
