Saturdays
8:00 - 10:15 am  

All classes are limited to 4 clients

In honor of nilambu's mission to provide stretches for the mind and soul as well as the body, each week we will focus on one yoga principle of living (in italics) as well as a single aspect of asana practice (in bold).
