Twisting Postures

Benefits: help to keep the spine and shoulders supple, can relieve pain in the neck, shoulders, and back from sitting at a computer, increase energy level, tone and massage the abdominal organs, improve digestion  

Cautions: instead of pressing your arm against your knee, which tends to cause tension in the shoulder and back, push from the knee and thigh into your arm.
