Studio

Studio

We have a brand new beautiful space in the West End of Washington, DC.

Our refreshed studio is calm, clear and inviting.   The walls simmer with silver and above is a lunar lit “sky.”

Just so you know, the video “Meet Cassandra” was filmed in my apartment, but we moved the furniture out of the way so we could be in front of the windows.   The studio is directly opposite the wall of windows in that film.  You can see the sunlight reflected here in some of the photos.

I often burn incense, but never during a session.   Some are bothered by aromas, and if that’s you, don’t worry.   Neutral is default.   Only good or no smells!

Free parking in the building is available for my clients.

1 Panoramo

The full spectrum of our studio including very special yoga folding chairs (note there are no backs), meditation table, mat, blocks, bolsters, balls and blankets. All in red and gray.

3 Meditation corner

Meditation table featuring Ganesh, the Remover of Obstacles, some incense & a red bowl.   The empty red bowl symbolizes possibility and abundance.

A tool to begin again. Along with my hour glass, a metaphor for time.

A tool to remind we can always begin again.

8 Lunar light

Not as obvious, but this ceiling light looks like the moon. luminous and mercurial (with the help of a dimmer)
